Armies in Crisis

This, a fast-playing combined arms combat wargame set in  WWII, introduced by Cheung

Kar Fai, is based on the “Contemptible Little Armies” system written by Chris Peers, using

plastic figures in 1/72 scale, that still look good.  Two games were played, both meeting

engagements of German and US platoons, without vehicles, but equipped with HMGs.  

The games were both finished within 90 minutes.  The game system is easy to understand

and play . . . recommended!
