| IMPORTANT Since the room is FREE, we do not charge any door fee when using the room. i.e. No door fee will be collected. It will be free to our members as well as any public who visit this meeting. We are doing a trial on this new venue to work out the logistics first. |
| How to get there. |

1) we are going to use Room 4 from 1200-2000 2) Lawrence shall apply time 14 tables and 30 chairs from the centre (from a maximum of 44 and 186 respectively) 3) no eating and drinking is allowed 4) the officer in charge may help to set up the place but we also need to set up the tables and chairs as well 5) we may need to return the tables and chairs when we finish using the room. 6) of course we need to keep the room tidy and clean |
