Special rules for our Meeting at theDesk:

1. What are the requirements about moving/replacing tables and chairs?
Members may move tables then move them back after we're done (i.e. before the Members who have moved the table have left)

2. What is the size of the double Table and how many double tables there?
Roughly 86 inch x 47 inch.  There are 7 double tables there. 

3. Can we bringing in outside food and drink?
Yes

4. Any access requirements?

No
